The peanut butter is made without the unnecessary additives found in commercial versions. Just clean, roasted peanut flavour that melts into the dark chocolate and creates a perfect balance of savoury depth and cocoa intensity. Naturally vegan and entirely made in-house at our Rawai factory in Phuket. Every element is crafted under the same roof where the cacao is ground. Our chocolatier spent 18 years perfecting this chocolate, searching across Thailand and beyond for beans that deliver the perfect balance of flavour and purity. The cacao comes from small family farms across Thailand, primarily in Loei province in the north. We work exclusively with family farmers, never with large corporations. We also believe the people who grow our cacao deserve to taste what it becomes. We pay every farmer their full asking price, and sometimes more. We send every farmer finished BARADA chocolate so they can experience their own work from bean to bar. Most cacao farmers in the world never get that chance. Ours do.
