- A truly beautiful wooden play cottage / barn handmade by Gluckskafer, suitable for play with a whole host of little animals and characters. Chunky, beautifully carved wood (with a gorgeous woody scent!) – and sits on a curved base and has a characterful pitched roof and a little side door. It is made from European alder wood (which is a little like pine) and finished with hand-applied natural oil to bring out the beautiful grain. Obviously it is a lovely home for the Gluckskafer felt animals, but in the past I have also used it for Maileg mice and other small characters. It is also a nice setting for a nativity scene at Christmas. Measuring 42 x 28 x 25cm. (Please note the little toadstools / animals are not included – they are just something I accessorised with for the photos…)
